TERMS OF SALES
The general conditions of sale present the rights and obligations of "Atelier au fil de l'eau" specialized in the design, sewing and sale of textile products, hereinafter referred to by the term "We" or by its name. one part, and any buyer, natural person acting in the context of a non-professional activity hereinafter referred to as the "Client".

Article 2 Conditions relating to the buyer
Our Customers must be adults and capable, have full legal capacity; We address ourselves exclusively to non-professionals.
Article 3 The offer
We offer a range of products in three distinct collections (Collection Atelier, Etoffes d'Uttu and Le voile d'Astarte) visible on our website and our instagram account @atelier.au.fil.de.leau. This range of products may be reworked and modified to better meet your expectations. Our products are available at the price and under the conditions provided on the website, within the limits of available stocks; they comply with French standards and regulations. Article 4 The price
Prices are given in euros and include VAT. Prices are updated and may fluctuate from day to day. The price will be increased by delivery costs.

Article 5 The order
The order is deemed to have been placed upon acceptance by our services of the order form, this order form will mention the name of the products, their quantities, the unit price and the total price, the delivery costs, it will also include information relating to the Customer (surname, first name, address) which will remain confidential and must be given to us by any means.
Article 6 Methods of payment
The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price.
The payment of your purchases is made via PayPal and by credit card.
In the event of late payment and payment of sums owed by the Purchaser beyond the fixed deadline, and after the date of payment appearing on the invoice addressed to the latter, late payment penalties calculated at the rate of 15.00 % (per year) of the amount including tax of the purchase price appearing on the invoice will be automatically and automatically without any formality or prior formal notice, without prejudice to any other action that the Supplier would be entitled to bring, in this title, against the buyer.

Article 7 Delivery time
We deliver our products within 72 hours (collections: Collection Atelier and Les Toffes d'Uttu), this period runs from the acceptance of the order by our services, in particular following verification of the information provided by the Customer, as well as proper receipt of payment. Atelier au fil de l'eau cannot be held responsible for delays due to the lack of elements or information under the Customer's responsibility. The transfer of risks on the products sold by Atelier au fil de l'eau takes place when the products are delivered to La Poste or when they leave our premises. As a result, the products travel at the buyer's risk and peril, to whom it belongs, in the event of damage, loss or missing items, to make any reservations or to exercise any recourse with the carriers responsible.
Article 8 Faculty of withdrawal

Section 9 Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
The products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them with all the elements (accessories, packaging,). The shipping costs will be reimbursed to you on the basis of the invoiced price and the return costs will be reimbursed to you on presentation of the supporting documents.
The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.
Article 10 Intellectual property

Article 11 Force majeure
We will use our best efforts to fulfill our obligations under the Contract. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage the Customer may suffer arising from our delay in performing any of our obligations or from our failure to perform all or part of our obligations under the Contract, when such delay or failure is due to a circumstance beyond our control, unforeseeable and irresistible. In case of delay, We will perform our obligations as soon as possible.
Article 12 Liability
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force. The responsibility of the company Atelier au fil de l'eau cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.
Furthermore, the company Atelier au fil de l'eau cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
Finally, the responsibility of the company Atelier au fil de l'eau cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 13 Retention of title
We reserve ownership of the products sold until full payment of their price in principal and interest.
