Atelier Collection: What if the scarf I wanted is no longer available?

The Atelier Collection offers scarves in very limited quantities, sewn by hand with a haute couture rolled technique.Each scarf size is in very limited quantity, differing between each model. If the desired scarf is no longer available, there cannot be another.
Uttu fabrics: What if the veil I wanted is no longer available?

Prayer veils from the Etoffs d'Uttu collection are designed, sacred and packaged as the stock runs out. If the desired veil is no longer available, it will soon be back online.
How soon will I receive my order?

Each piece is produced and packaged by hand.The expected delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for Metropolitan France. The deadline may be extended for shipments to Europe.For the "Le voile d'Astarte" collection, the lead time differs depending on the project, with the design and shipping lead time ranging from 1 to 3 months.
What should I do if my package is damaged?

The Atelier Au fil de l'eau is committed to producing and sending its products in accordance with the quality standards. We assure you that each shipment made is meticulously checked and that any damage caused after the departure of the package from the Atelier is in no way due to the creator but to the carrier.In which case, be sure to contact the relevant department. If the product received damage, please contact me for more information.
Can I change my mind after purchase?

Orders are processed within 12 hours of purchase. Be sure to contact us during this period for any refunds before shipment.
Can I return my product?

Non-personalized products can be returned up to 3 days after receipt.
What are the possible means of payment?

We accept payment by credit card and Paypal (possibility of 4x free of charge).
How to order a made-to-measure veil?

Go to the "The Veil of Astarte" collection and follow the instructions on the page.
Can I cancel/return my bespoke order?

The custom order works via quote.The signature of this one causes an agreement under contract and prevents the cancellation of this one. The Workshop will not work on any order without the payment of the invoice caused. Because of its customization, no made-to-measure order can be returned.
What if the desired fabric cannot be worked by the designer?

I work with a large number of different fabrics and can offer you a large number of possibilities, natural or synthetic. However, fabrics like silk are very fragile and I don't yet have the knowledge to work with this material. To offer you the best service as well as the best quality, I can assure you that I intend to train myself as soon as possible in fragile materials so that all projects can come to life.
What are the deadlines for designing a made-to-measure veil?
